Again, apologies, personal life intervenes. I have set a goal for 2025 to get some things done. There are broken links to fix, articles to write, and you tube episodes to finish. Among the later is the story of Delta 1989. To that end I will soon post a short article which depicts the interaction of Delta 1989 with United 93.

Updated the Air Force One article to include a sound clip from Herndon Center. At 9:37 EDT, Andrews called Herndon to alert FAA to the probable return of Air Force One to Washington D.C. Ironically, almost to the second, the call came as AA77 impacted the Pentagon.

Published an article discussing the flight of Air Force One to Barksdale Air Force Base on 9/11. Air Force One flew unescorted. The article shows that a flight north to Washington D.C. would have been protected.

Published an article, “9-11: UA93; Commandeered, and Final Moments.” This is the first time that 84th RADES forensic analysis of the UA93 flight track has been published. It is also the first time that diverse data concerning the final moments of UA93 has been published. Data about the CVR, FDR, radar, infra-red data from space, Gofer06, and the private jet, Falcon 20 has been correlated and depicted.

If you are a historian, researcher, or writer working on events of 9/11 then this book belongs on your bookshelf. It is uniquely written to capture the very personal accounts of many who were participants in an infamous day in history.
The book is a tough, emotional read at times, but a vital and necessary addition to the compendium of research material available about 9/11. Given its very nature, this book could not have been written in the immediate aftermath. It is a work that deserves the longer reach of history. Mitchell Zuckoff has made that reach.

NARA has added an invaluable research aid for FAA 9/11 records. Material is organized in typical NARA style, 11 boxes, with multiple folders in each box. For example, IAD (Dulles) files are contained in folders in box 11.

This site was down for several weeks because of a server failure. That problem has been overcome and we are up and running again. The election has come and gone. Trump is President. His path to victory was a business path, hostile takeover. Watch out world.
There is a seventh lesson learned from 9-11 that I will address, soon. It is the need for objective, fact-finding, criteria. Absent that, the Bush administration was never able to construct its own narrative of events on September 11, 2001. Critical underlying facts had been misinterpreted and institutionalized.
